Contact support@dijitmo.com. Include the application name, store domain, steps and error message. Do not send passwords, API secrets or customer records.

Setup

1. Create and save content in Shopify Admin.
2. Select products or collections, verify any measurements or product claims, then save.
3. Publish and check the Shopify verification status.
4. Add this app's block to the product template in the theme editor.

Saving and publishing are separate. If publication is pending, the storefront may still show an older revision. Retry after correcting the error.
