Dijitmo Size Chart — Support

Contact support@dijitmo.com. Include the application name, store domain, steps and error message. Do not send passwords, API secrets or customer records.

Setup

1. Create and save a chart in Shopify Admin.
2. Select products or collections, verify measurements, then save.
3. Publish and check the Shopify verification status.
4. Use Add storefront block in the app header to open the current theme's default product template with Sizing guide ready to add.
5. Place the block, save the theme, and verify desktop and mobile storefront views.

The block is for Online Store 2.0 product templates. Saving app content, publishing it to Shopify, and saving the theme block are separate steps.

If the direct setup screen cannot add the block, confirm that the current theme uses a JSON product template, then contact support with the theme name and screenshot.
